Muscle/tendon : ? of neck/shoulder "stinging painful sensation" in neck, shoulder, arms. Since is bilateral Thoracic Outlet Syndrome unlikely. Chronic waxing & waning muscle spasm explanatory, especially in fibromyalgia (FM) sufferer; with focal tendinitis at insertion sites on superior scapula spine; which pain feels like a pick insertion.
