Tooth problems, sinus issues, grinding of the teeth, stress, and a host of other things can give you these symptoms. Why don't you make an appointment with a local dentist to rule out any problems with your teeth? Once you know they are fine, then see a physician for a physical. All the best...

Cause?: Not enough information to help. A few of the likely causes are TMj, dental pain, clench/grind teeth, even heart pain. I'd start with a dental exam, if negative, see MD.
