Yes: Absolutely you can give her pedialyte. There really isn't a recommended amount that you have to stick to. You just want to replace what is coming out. It would be fine to offer 4-6 ozs and offer that every few hours. As long as she is making normal amounts of urine, she's good. If she's not making urine, or if she's refusing all oral fluids then it's time for an office visit.
