Pedialyte: is the choice to replace the electrolytes that he is losing it when he has diarrhea and vomiting. this probably is a virus that has caused it during diarrhea the intestinal villi lose their lining and cannot absorb lactose in the milk.and this worsens the symptoms pedialyte ONLY for 24 hrs will rest the gut then you can restart feeding slowly
