Diaper cream: Aloe cream or a thick barrier paste like zinc oxide, desitin, (zinc oxide diaper cream) a;d ointment etc will help her. Homeopathic arsenicum is really great when one has been going at both ends. Keeping her hydrated is excellent. Well done. Call your doctor if you are worried. It sounds like you have things under control.
