Anal pain: You still have an anal fissure, rectal ulcer, and internal hemorrhoids. You should get an anoscopy or flexible sigmoidoscopy to have someone look inside. A gastroenterologist or colorectal surgeon can do this. Most treatments for the above are creams / ointments.
