See a neurologist: Changes in T2 lesions, which are chronic and not acute, suggest potential of an inflammatory condition, and it may be of value to also image the spinal cord just to fully assess this latter possibility. There is an entity called CLIPPERS which affects the pons predominantly, and this may be what is occurring. Do you have a neurologist supervising your care?
