What rad reports say: Understanding radiology reports can be challenging. "Nonspecific" usually means cause unclear/many possible causes and often implies "low concern". Generally speaking, " few ..nonspecific ..focal .. T2 .. frontal lobes" in a young woman probably are just Virchow-Robin spaces (no concern) but the specific pt. history is very important. I don't know what "Just diagnosed with R?" means.
