To ER: Do not know the relationship between the onset of body and stomach aches, but the pain you are describing strongly suggest irritation of a nerve root exiting from the lumbar spine. This can be caused by many things, most commonly a bulging intraspinous disc. She needs to go to student health service or to an ER right away, and needs to thank you for your concern.
