It would be ulikely: Good idea to see your doctor on Monday. There are quite a few more commoner causes of pain in the area you describe including esophagitis, GERD, pericarditis and so on. Pericarditis would be associated with fever. What mad you think about a lymph node? Do you have enlarged lymph nodes elsewhere?
