Heart disease/fever: Go immediately to see a doctor and be evaluated. Do not wait until tomorrow. Use a University Hospital ER if necessary, but do not delay. If you can see your regular cardiologist that is also good but you must give him a full detailed history of all of your symptoms, and do not be surprised if he want to hospitalize you. Good luck.
