YES answers question: BUT what you describe for your age is much more the description of almost any other medical problem EXCLUDING ALS. I'm not sure what you mean by "making a jester." A jester is a clown, fool, comic. Did you mean FACIAL GESTURE? I'd be happy to go through the details with one 1-1 as I'm a neurologist and have helped many young people such as yourself understand what twitchings are all about.
