A key symptom of: migraine is nausea."A sick headache" is the classic description of Migraine.One can have various neurologic deficits and transient neurologic manifestations like abnormal taste or smell,flashing lights in peripheral visual field just before headache ( the so called "aura")sound or light hypersensitity,and so on. A positive family history can usually be identified.
