Leg numbness: Pinched nerves in both legs would be unusual. I'm concerned about spinal cord pathology, severe neuropathy or demyelinating disease like multiple sclerosis. Charcot- Marie- Tooth disease is a hereditary form of neuropathy which affects the long nerves first causing leg and foot weakness. Numbness can also occur. Your neurologist can advise you.best.
