Pregnancy: An antibody test positive for Rubella means that you had it in the past or were immunized and therefore safe from active infection. Do not know why you have the changes in your WBC count, but these can only be relevant in a clinical context and depending upon your symptomatic presentation. Discuss this with your obstetrician.
