Caution: Sleeping pills can be a very tricky thing so you need to be cautious while on an antidepressant. If you're having trouble sleeping, talk to your prescribing physician. They may change your medications. An OTC option is Melatonin 3mg 30 minutes prior to bedtime. It helps train your brain to signal for sleep. It will not make you drowsy and you have to take it the same time every night.

Yes - but be aware: that taking both zoloft (sertraline) and unisom can ^ risk of sedation, dizziness, v concentration & v judgement. Don't drive machinery or handle dangerous machinery if these apply. Take care.
