BP & HR vary: BP and heart rate (HR) can vary depending on your bodies demands. Viral syndromes release cytokines which cause most of the constitutional symptoms such as fatigue, aches, fevers, etc and your blood pressure and heart rate will change to meet these new or changing demands. As long as these changes are temporary and return to your normal values when you get better, there is no cause for alarm.
