Sounds Like U have a: cause of the symptoms in your lower back, probably a disc lesion ( commonest cause) with resultant pinched nerve, that goes down to your foot. U need to see a Spine surgeon or an Orthpod for a Detailed Hx and an exam, followed by investigations to confirm the lesion ( or another cause), so treatment could be started. Good Luck.
