Not sleeping well about a week rarely have a problem going to sleep. go to bed 930-10 then i wake up 12, 3 then 4 when i have to be at work at 530am?

Stress: If you are normally a good sleeper and have just noticed this as of this week, it is probably rested to stress. This time of year with holidays and less sunlight lead folks into anxiety and depression, try to relax, but if it persists, ask your doctor and yourself about your anxiety level overall in your life.
