Pimple on labia: The groin is an extremely common spots to get pimples. Keep the area clean and dry. Use hot water on a wash cloth or simply soak in a hot tub. This will sometimes help with bring pus to the surface so it can drain. If it doesn't drain on its own you may need to see your doctor. You can use a topical antibiotic daily. Best of luck.
