Concerned!: I assume you still have your ovaries since you still have cycles. This means you may still be ovulating. If you're sexually active, pregnancy is unlikely but not inconceivable. My biggest concern is that, if you did conceive, it would be an ectopic pregnancy since a fertilized egg can't get to your uterus. If you are in pain, don't wait for your doctor to call. Get medical care now.

Home pregnancy test: Ectopic pregnancy would be the biggest worry, though with no Fallopian tubes the odds are not high. Keep calling your doctor is a good idea, but if you do a home test that is negative you have ruled out over 50% of the worry (ectopic pregnancy.) Good wishes.
