? heart failure: Number of things can cause the symptoms that you described in your wife. From the history you give off high blood pressure and heart murmur congestive heart failure seems like the most likely culprit. However a lot more information is needed in order to determine what this actually is. Advise you to see a physician asap for a thorough history and physical exam.
