Get lightheaded only on squat/bending exercises. running, lifting no problem. recent cardio workup was fine. blood work fine. any serious causes?

Happens: Some guys have such strong abs etc. that they can compromise venous return to the heart doing squats. Watch to maintain breathing and do these slow if at all.
