It's common: Light headedness upon standing after squatting is typical of a temporary drop in blood pressure. Squatting squeezes some blood from the legs. Standing causes blood to drop back into them. Normally when we stand, vessels in the lower body constrict to keep blood going upward. It can take your body a couple of seconds to redistribute pressure upward. Dehydration + BP meds can make it worse.
