Magnesium, PVC: any magnesium salt is good enough. Magnesium absorption in the gut is very limited in day-to-day basis, and this is why milk of magnesia (magnesium hydroxide) is a laxative. Magnesium typically exists on the outer parts of food materials which are processed off, e.g. grains, nuts and may best be one of the commonest nutritional deficiencies around. symptomatic PVCs deserve cardiac evaluation for structural disease
