Lymphadenopathy: Do not know whether these are actually lymph nodes without examining you, but if they are and are stony hard they should be examined by a doctor and perhaps biopsied. Hardness in lymph nodes often suggests the possibility of a malignancy. But as above, do not know what these really are. Best wishes.

See a doctor: Hi. Hard, enlarged cutaneous lymph nodes in the abdomen should be evaluated and perhaps biopsied. Are there any associated changes in your health? Bowel habit changes, nausea/vomiting, night sweats, weight loss, etc? See your doctor. Good luck!
