I take risperidone. it has cognitive sideffects due to anticholinergic activity. what can i do to treat it? will alpha gpc, choline or lecithin help?

Dose of Risperdone: important. See more anticholinergic side effects at doses greater than 1 mg. Parkinsonism above mg. Concomitant use of Ginko may worsen situation. Ginko has not shown to improve long term cogntive issues. One study in China with concomitant use of Risperdal has been completed but results are unavailable at this time. Another study looking at use of Risperdal with Ginko in autism showed no benefit.
