Hi i had a ct scan on 3/15/14 incidental finding of 2mm nodule on right middle love of lung had follow up 6months later it has not grown.

Follow up of: incidental lung nodules is usually based on Fleischner Society guidelines: http://www.med.umich.edu/rad/res/Fleischner-nodule.htm No growth in 6 months is a good sign but you may need more follow up depending on your risk level.
