Unusual-get checked: Many things come to mind, from generalized bleeding disorders to mass effect such as brain tumor. I would apprise my PCP of the problem, and if a thorough neurologic exam and brain imaging are not pursued then I would seek a second opinion or even consider a neurology consultation.
