Need in-person: prescriber for Ultram, an opioid/controlled substance. Think you can get Neurontin/gabapentin from Concierge or Prime doc though. I can only imagine how bad it is. Try to stay mobile, exhaust physical therapy & try out alternative care like acupuncture & massage. Do you have a Pain specialist/Anesthesiologist locally that you can visit? What state are you in?
