Also, there are many different causes of low back pain, ranging from strained muscles and poor posture to kidney stones. Since your surgeon has given you a clean bill of health from the gallbladder surgery, I recommend addressing your concerns with your primary care doc.

You're on track ..: The main indicator is that your right upper quadrant pain is gone. The right low back pain can be procedure related (lying on table, being in bed recuperating), so that doesn't surprise me. Sounds like nausea has been a problem even beyond the GB; on lots of meds that can cause this, especially in combination. You'll have to continue to work with your doctor to solve this. Best wishes:)
