In 2015 arterial ultrasound in radial artery showed narrowing with biphasic flow. in 2018 it is now monophasic flow. what is the difference and is this normal ???

Flow: Monophasic flow signifies disease of an artery whereas triphasic flow is normal. Biphasic flow is somewhat indeterminate as I understand it. A vascular surgeon can advise you best.
