Yes, but: It' is safe. But understand that ginger can potentiate warfarin, so if you're drink a lot of ginger beer, it's possible your INR will rise. Just keep it in mind when you get your usual blood samples.

Some ginger beer: has very high ginger content. In general, adults should not take more than 4 grams of ginger daily -- from all sources.
