I have afib and swollen feet whilst on warfarin, flecainide and bisoperal fumerate. my cardiologist said "i haven't a clue" and am desperately worried?

Incompetent : veins could be your problem. It's highly unlikely to be related to anything life threatening particularly if you have good follow-up with you doctor. Keep your feet elevated while sitting and but some compression stockings and see if that helps.
