Heart issues: If you are on those medications you must have a heart condition that could potentially be causing the swelling in your feet. See your heart doctor to be checked.

FlecainideBisoprolol: Warfarin, unlikely; flecainide & bisoprolol yes, depending on individual circumstances. Flecanide is a Class 1 "antiarrhythmic" which only ↓es symptoms in a minority & in the CAST trail death rates from cardiac arrhythmia were 3x's higher than those switched over to placebo & followed. Bisoprolol has an inferior outcome record compared to carvedilol, but both very dose sensitive & best with ACEI.
