Flecainide/ginger: Flecainide is a bit controversial in A Fib. And ginger can theoretically cause arrhythmias and high blood pressure. It would be best to discuss these issues with an electrophysiologist (cardiologist who specializes in arrhythmias).

Unknown: ginger can interact with coumadin (warfarin) and digoxin. It can increase stomach acid , which can affect absorption of meds , and it can affect liver metabolism of some meds. It is unclear how it would affect flecainide
