Perhaps: many over the counter decongestants, the question is, besides prednisone, how is lupus activity and are you on any other treatments for SLE?

Safest: Safest while on prednisone would be saline nose drops, cold or warm mist , acetaminophen and an antihistamine not containing any thing but antihistamine.
