Anything else i can do when lupus flare makes head feel swollen & i feel confused? increasing prednisone helps but it is a struggle to work thru this!

Suspect ..: I suspect your issues have less to do with lupus vascular inflammation than other issues. Prednisone is an energy booster, but depression may be in the equation. The picture is more stress than active sle!
