Recheck your tests: i assume the TSH was very low (suppressed) when the diagnosis of overmedication was made. It may take a while for you to regain the weight if your thyroid hormone level is normal now. But you need to follow up the blood tests to see if the dose you are taking now is appropriate. check your T4 and TSH again, and don't worry about the weight unless it is your desire to regain the pounds.
