Anxiety: I don't see your exact question here. I am troubled with his anxiety though. It sounds as if his symptoms are stemming from that. We need to get his anxiety treated! See first a good primary care physician who can help you put together a treatment plan. Counseling and psychiatry are also a good idea. This is a treatable condition and not to be underestimated! Good luck!

Anxiety: it is very common for children to hold their breath or breathe very fast also reffered to as hyperventilation. In situations when they don't get what they want also called temper tantrums make your child breathe into a paper bag that will resolve the problem do not let your child be in charge of you show him that you are the adult
