Omeprazole: I'm not totally clear on the timing but it seems that you can still benefit from daily omeprazole. You likely are not experiecing side effects and many many folks take this class of med for much longer, safely. They are available OTC. Yes, continue for 90 days, stay in touch with your GI doc. Eliminate alcohol, tobacco, food spices.
