Outstanding!: Great time to start weight training. Your bones and growth plates in those bones are ready. Dumbbells are a great way to train. Use multi joint exercises instead of single joint..... That is, lunges and dumbbell presses instead of straight bicep curls..... Great way to work on your core muscles..... Abdomen, hips, pelvis
