Needs eval: Hello, not sure why you are saying "painful bowel"? Perhaps you mean a lower spot in the abdomen hurts? Abdominal pain has many causes and sorting them out needs a one-on-one visit with a provider, especially in the case you describe with pain in many spots. Most concerning is blood in vomit, which does suggest bleeding from upper GI tract, i.e. gastritis or ulcer. Go in today for evaluation!
