No: Technically, cirrhosis is defined as fibrosis and nodule formation in the liver which is strictly speaking a biopsy diagnosis. Blood tests can measure fibrosis. When you have cirrhosis, you are usually sick with symptoms and signs typical of the disease. If all you have is abnormal liver function tests it is unlikely that you have cirrhosis. Why are they abnormal? Ask your gastroenterologist.
