May be, BUT: Ultrasound may not be definitive in the diagnosis of cirrhosis. A liver biopsy will be definitive. Best wishes to you.

Need more info: None of the factors that you mention are specific by themselves or together for cirrhosis. If you have other reasons to believe you have cirrhosis, then you should follow up with your doctor. Even moderate alcohol consumption could be harmful if the liver is injured. I recommend you stop all alcohol consumption for 3 months, then repeat the LFT's.
