No magic pill...: The best way to lose weight and maintain a healthy weight is to develop healthy habits - drink lots of water, eat frequent small meals of lots of veggies, lean protein, and small amounts of healthy fats (avocado, raw almonds). Be sure to get daily exercise and maintain an active lifestyle. Journal about your feelings and learn if you are triggered to eat instead of "feel" at times. Take care!
