Dry to Wet?: If you are referring to macular degeneration, then the answer is yes. Most people have the dry form but it can become wet, which causes more vision loss.

Yes: If referring to macular degeneration, yes the dry form may change to the "wet" type in some cases. If there is leakage from surrounding blood vessels ("wet" form), the vision becomes wavy (ie, straight lines bend or swerve). Both types of macular degeneration require careful monitoring by the patient (ie, symptoms), and by your ophthalmologist (ie, exam and imaging).
