See an ENT: There is obviously, or maybe not so obviously, something painful going on in your throat, but if it is related to jaw opening, could be related to jaw levator muscles, your TMJ joint, your inner or middle ear areas, or a local disturbance in the lining of your throat that needs endoscopy to identify. An otolaryngologist, or ENT doctor is the most specialized doc to evaluate all of these things...
