Problems: YOu need to see a physician about this. This may be a psychiatric problem that is just showing itself. We have no history but have you been taking any psych meds in the past? have you been abusing any substances? See someone tonight or tomorrow such as the ER or a urgicare clinic. You need to get help asap.

Evaluation: You need a professional to assess these symptoms. I recommend that you see a psychiatrist and describe these symptoms to him or her. If further evaluation is needed by,perhaps a neurologist, a referral can be made.
