Palpitations: Chest fluttering could be a benign condition, but could be the initial symptoms of something more serious like atrial fibrillation. You will benefit by having a monitor recording those episodes. Ask to be seen by a cardiologist.

Sleep apnea: Talk to your doctor to see if you could have sleep apnea which typically make done fatigued and sleepy. Heart palpitations are also quite common in patients with sleep apnea.
